Cole Valley Properties - Condominiums

Cole Valley Condominium sales are performing extremely well for year to date Fall 2007, with a sales volume slightly under that of the comparable period for 2006. On the whole, condos are selling a few percentage points over their list price and are showing solid price appreciation for the year so far. Price per foot averages are up substantially for the year; Q3 2007 shows that area condos have risen over 12% on a price per foot basis compared to the same period one year ago.
