Cole Valley Properties - Single Family Homes

As of this writing (November 2007), the market has been characterized by extremely low inventory of single family homes. If this trend continues in the Spring of 2008, the conditions for sellers will be optimal: multiple offers and very strong sales prices for homes that are properly priced. The balance of the year, has mirrored the beginning, with a scarcity of homes for sale and steady, slightly improving prices.
