Tales From The Trenches:  Welcome to the beginning of summer! I am expecting and starting to see a little more inventory come on to the market in the $1M-$4M price range.

Much of the inventory will represent typical sellers sizing up or down into ‘better fitting real estate‘. Some may be sellers reaching for the market top.

In either case, this market represents an ideal opportunity to trade up from condo to house, or from house to larger house.

It's a great time to make a move.
