Top Reasons To Live In Cole Valley + A Hot Home Coming Soon

For those looking for a community with a village-like vibe and an everybody-knows-your-name kind of feel, Cole Valley is it.

Luckily, Cole Valley is one of my top neighborhoods, and I have a hot home about to hit the market.

Do You Remember When 300,000 People Flattened The Golden Gate Bridge?

Depending on your love of San Francisco history or how long you've been around, you may or may not remember the Golden Gate 50th anniversary walk that flattened the bridge.

Almost 25 years after the event, I can't help but be amazed at the photos and chuckle at Peter Hartlaub's raw comment on the event being "the largest clusterf–in Bay Area history where no one actually died."

I love this city and never tire of the endless personality and enthusiasm of my fellow San Franciscans.
